The footage was entirely assembled from Michael Kinney's personal archives. Commentary is by Michael Kinney, an internationally recognized Martial Artist and Breaking technican, and radio/tv personality Mark Larsen of WFA/NBC-Radio. Special effect sounds and music make this video unique, but it was filmed over 15 years ago and the narration, sound effects and editing reflects a style of video that was popular then. In retrospect, if I did this today, I probably would have done it without the narration and used different music. Video styles change. Most of the video clips show in this clip are examples of bad judgement by the Martial Artist. Many of the 'breaks' are very simple, but represented by the Martial Artist as 'difficult.'
